Madilyn's first GA snowball!This is the first real snow that we have had in Georgia since we moved here almost 4 years ago. Even though it was freezing outside, I could not turn Madilyn's request down to go outside. I figured she would come in when she couldn't take it any longer. Now she can say she has played in the snow. A first for her....we left VA when she was just 2 and she missed out on all the Virginia snow. We had to scramble around to find gloves in our house. Thank goodness we found some....we are no longer prepared for snow except for our snow shovel...I bet we are the only ones on the block with a snow shovel!
I think everyone enjoyed the snow day today. We were able to watch old Elvis movies and just chill....What a way to celebrate Elvis' 75th Birthday.....After watching "Blue Hawaii" I am ready to ditch this snow and go to Hawaii!
